Subject: Representation regarding Mandatory Statewide Implementation of the RTI Online Portal (https://rti.telangana.gov.in/) in Compliance with the RTI Act, 2005 and Judicial Directions.

Respected Sir,

I, B. Vinay Reddy, a citizen and frequent user of the Right to Information mechanism in Telangana, respectfully submit this representation seeking your kind intervention and leadership in ensuring mandatory, uniform, and meaningful implementation of the Telangana RTI Online Portal (https://rti.telangana.gov.in/) across all public authorities in the State, including TGIC itself, in accordance with the RTI Act, 2005 and binding directions of the Hon’ble Supreme Court and Hon’ble High Court of Telangana.

Appreciation for Enabling Online Filing of Second Appeals & Complaints

At the outset, I convey my sincere gratitude to your good self for operationalising the facility for online filing of Second Appeals and Complaints on the TGIC website.

I had earlier submitted a representation on 12-11-2025 regarding this matter, and I deeply appreciate the Commission’s timely initiative. This reform reflects TGIC’s commitment to transparency, digital governance, and citizen convenience.
